Booking & availability

How can I book a car with A7?
You can request availability directly through our website. A dedicated advisor will review your premium car rental request, verify the selected model and guide you through to confirmation with clear and transparent information.
Is it possible to rent a car for just one day?
Yes, subject to availability. Our car rental service can also be arranged for daily rentals. In some cities or during peak periods, daily car rental may not be available due to logistical and operational constraints.
Is last-minute car rental available?
Yes. Thanks to our owned fleet and trusted partners, we can often handle premium car rental requests with short notice — even 12 hours — maintaining the same high standards.
How far in advance should I book?
For high-demand models, such as sports cars or luxury SUVs, or during peak seasons, early booking is recommended. In any case, availability is always checked in real time.
Can I modify my booking dates?
Yes. Simply contact your booking advisor, who will verify availability and propose the most suitable solution for your car rental needs.
Can I extend the rental during the rental period?
Yes. Flexibility is one of A7's core values. If you wish to extend your car rental, we will check the availability of the same vehicle or provide an equivalent alternative to ensure continuity.
Can I rent multiple cars at the same time?
Yes. Both private clients and companies can rent multiple vehicles without limitation, provided that all drivers' documents are submitted. We regularly manage corporate rentals and multiple premium vehicle requests in a structured and organized way.

Fleet & models

Is the selected model guaranteed?
Yes. A7 guarantees the exact model booked, not just a category. The car you choose for your premium car rental is the one you will drive.
What happens if the booked car is unavailable due to a technical issue?
In case of unforeseen technical issues, our team will provide an equivalent solution, maintaining the same standards, configuration and consistency with your original choice.
Are the cars owned by A7?
Partly, yes. Additionally, we work with top-tier partners all around Europe and beyond. This allows us to offer a large choice of cars and real availability.
Are the cars registered in Estonia?
Yes, our owned fleet is entirely registered in Estonia. All vehicles are managed directly by our organization, in full compliance with Estonian tax and insurance regulations.
Are the cars new?
Our fleet consists of brand-new or latest-generation vehicles, selected with full specifications and constantly maintained, in line with a premium car rental standard.

Requirements & drivers

What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 (30 for supercars, sports cars or higher-performance models), with a valid driving licence held for at least 3 years.
What documents are required?
A valid driving licence, ID or passport, and a credit card in the name of the car rental contract holder.
Is it possible to add multiple drivers?
Yes, up to 3 drivers can be registered, subject to document verification. Additional fees may apply from the second driver onwards, depending on the contract terms.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. The contract and security deposit must be in the name of the main driver who will use the vehicle.
Is an international driving permit required?
In Lithuania, non-EU driving licence holders require an international driving permit (or an official translation) if the licence does not comply with the Vienna 1968 or Geneva 1949 Conventions. EU/EEA licences are valid without translation. For specific cases, we recommend checking with our team in advance.
Can companies rent multiple vehicles?
Yes. We regularly manage multiple corporate rentals, including luxury SUVs and sports cars. Driver documentation is required.

Payments & security deposit

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers and credit cards from the main international networks.
Is a credit card in the driver's name required?
No. The card used for the security deposit must be in the name of the rental contract holder. At the time of delivery, the contract holder must be present, even if not the main driver.
How does the security deposit work?
The security deposit is a temporary pre-authorisation on your credit card. It corresponds to the deductible. In the event of damage, theft or an at-fault incident, any amount charged will not exceed the stated deductible.
When is the deposit authorised?
The deposit is authorised before vehicle delivery.
When is the deposit released?
The release takes place after standard checks at the end of the rental.
Are the pricing conditions transparent?
Yes. All conditions are clearly shared before confirmation. A7 operates with full transparency and no hidden costs.

Logistics

Where is A7 available?
A7 operates across Europe and worldwide thanks to our partners. This ensures full coverage and direct vehicle management for premium car rental services in major cities such as Paris, Milan, Dubai and Berlin. Deliveries can also be arranged across all of Europe, subject to planning.
How does car delivery work?
We deliver and collect the car at the agreed location and time: airport, hotel, company headquarters or private address. Logistics are handled by A7 partners, ensuring a premium car rental service with tailored delivery.
Can delivery and return be arranged in different cities?
Yes. Different delivery and return locations can be arranged across Europe, subject to coordination with our team.
Do I need to inform you if I use the car abroad?
Yes. You must inform us in advance if the vehicle will be used outside its home country. Driving is generally allowed in the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Austria. It is essential to communicate the destination country in advance to ensure proper insurance coverage and logistics planning.
Can I change the return location or time?
Yes. By contacting our team, we will verify operational availability and identify the most suitable solution for your needs.

Insurance & incidents

Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes. Every premium car rental includes basic insurance coverage, compliant with current regulations and valid in the countries listed on the Green Card. A7 selects coverage tailored to the value and type of vehicles offered.
Is the customer responsible for the vehicle during the rental?
Yes. The vehicle remains under the driver's responsibility for the entire rental period. This includes proper care, compliance with traffic regulations, and use in accordance with contractual terms.
Can the excess be reduced?
Yes. Additional options are available to reduce financial exposure in case of an incident, offering greater peace of mind.
What happens in case of an accident?
You must immediately contact customer support and complete the accident report form available in the vehicle. Liability will be handled according to the insurance conditions. Any retained amount will be consistent with the contractual excess.
What happens in case of theft or fire?
You must immediately inform A7 and report the incident to the relevant authorities. Financial liability is limited to the contractual excess.
